self-help services to DADS who are representing themselves in a legal matter relating to Child Custody.

4. The LEGAL DOCUMENT ASSISTANTS employed by DOCUMENTS FOR DADS are not attorneys
and may not perform the legal services of an attorney, which include: providing any kind of legal advice,
explanation, opinion, or recommendation to a consumer about possible legal rights, remedies, defenses, options, selection of forms, or legal strategies.

of the registrant’s services.

6. At any time, DAD may obtain information regarding free or low-cost representation through a local bar
association or legal aid foundation and may contact local law enforcement, a district attorney, or a legal
aid foundation if he believes he has been a victim of fraud, the unauthorized practice of law, or any other
injury.

7. Pursuant to Section 6409.1, the venue for an action arising out of a dispute between DAD any LEGAL
DOCUMENT ASSISTANT employed by DOCUMENTS FOR DADS shall be in the county in which
DAD has his primary residence.

8. In addition to any other right to rescind, DAD shall have the right to rescind the contract within 24 hours
of the signing of the contract. The client may cancel the contract by giving the LEGAL DOCUMENT
ASSISTANT any written statement to the effect that the contract is cancelled. If DAD gives notice of
cancellation by mail addressed to DOCUMENTS FOR DADS, with first-class postage prepaid,
cancellation is effective upon the date indicated on the postmark. Upon voiding or rescinding the
contract or agreement for services, DOCUMENTS FOR DADS shall immediately return DAD’S fees
paid, except for fees for services that were actually, necessarily, and reasonably performed on DADS
behalf by the LEGAL DOCUMENT ASSISTANT with DAD’S knowing and express written consent.
